Shipment processing times

Most orders are packed and shipped within 24-48 hours, though orders placed after 7am EST on Friday and orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We ship internationally. Upon checkout, you can select:

• Standard shipping

Estimated delivery time after shipment (excluding handling time):

3-10 days to Europe

7-14 days to the USA and Canada

14-21 days to Australia and New Zealand

10-20 days to the rest of the world

• Expedited shipping*

Estimated delivery time after shipment (excluding handling time):

1-2 business days to Europe

2-4 business days to the USA and Canada

5-8 days to Australia and New Zealand

2-7 business days to the rest of the world

*all expedited orders require a street address

We collaborate with a variety of shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, Lithuania Post, USPS) to offer a balance of speed and economy. Your orders will be delivered safely and securely with one of the shipping companies we will choose based on the destination country.

The cost of delivery will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

In general, orders outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You will be responsible for the payment of any such additional duties and/or taxes.

Kindly note, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.

If goods are rejected at customs they are usually returned to us. When goods are returned we can only refund for the value of goods that are returned in resaleable condition. We cannot refund postage costs. Our carriers may also charge us return fees which will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be canceled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to orders@sunyarnstudio.com.saulessiulas.hostingas.lt, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time!
