SOFT SILK (BC garn)

BC GARN SOFT SILK is soft and rustic bourette silk, also known as raw silk. A delicious silk that gives great results and is ideal for baby and children's knitting due to the silk's good properties; warm in winter and cooling on a hot summer day. Soft Silk is available in a fantastic range of colors in plain and hand-dyed variants. Due to the high proportion of silk glue (whose odors spread relatively quickly), the bourette silk is said to have a natural healing effect - it also has anti-inflammatory effects and soothes the skin. The yarn is therefore ideal for baby and children's clothing. We care about nature, which is why Soft Silk is dyed with AZO-free and Oeko-tex certified dyes, which means that the dyeing process is gentle on the environment. There may be excess color in some of the colors. We therefore recommend that the yarn be rinsed in cold water before use, finish with a rinse in vinegar water. Always wash in cold water. Know the good silk quality of the long running length, SOFT SILK is incredibly durable in use. For example consumption at top size M is only 200 g. 2 skeins for a size M top. 3 skeins for a size M sweater.
