COTTONWOOL 3 (Gepard Garn)

CottonWool consists of extra fine merino lambswool and extra fine cotton; completely carded and spun together. It is very soft and combines the insulating and moisture absorbing properties of the wool with the quickly drying cotton that transports moisture away from the skin. The yarn is perfect for all-weather shirts and sweaters for both men and women, but especially children. Small children's bodies are not as good at regulating body temperature through their skin and therefore, an insulating - but never hot nor cold - yarn is perfect. A shirt in CottonWool 3 can be worn all year round - both indoors and outdoors. The colour chart comes with both fashion colours and dusty pastels - more than 30 beautiful colours which are easy to match in stripes and patterns. CottonWool 3 has been treated against shrinking and felting. This means that you can wash your work at up to 30°C. The antishrinkage treatment is not the same as superwash but instead a treatment using nothing but regular table salt.
