LAMBSWOOL (Phildar)

Phildar Lambswool is a superwash wool yarn made of lambswool and acrylic blend that will bring a real sweetness to your creations. The soft baby yarn has a luxurious look, color palette and is lightweight, skin-friendly making it suitable for knitting and crocheting baby clothes and accessories, toys and amigurumi. This yarn is washable, has wool warmth and acrylic softness. Lambswool is the softest, finest wool obtained from lambs the very first time they are sheared, usually when the lamb is six or seven months old, and is the highest quality of sheep’s wool to be found. The staples are 50mm or shorter, the diameter is finer and the wool requires minimal processing. The resulting fibers are smoother, stronger, more flexible and hold more elasticity than other sheep wool. Like merino and all wool, lambswool is breathable and helps your body regulate temperature.
